Ōkamiden is a Zelda-inspired game set nine months after the events in Ōkami. The game features the Celestial Brush mode, which allows players to pause time and draw gestures to affect different powers acquired during gameplay. Players control Chibiterasu, the son of Amaterasu, as he partners with various original characters to rid the world of demons. Like its predecessor Okami, Okamiden focuses on finding powers in the form of Celestial Brush Techniques to rebuild the world of Nippon. Although Okamiden is an action adventure, it also features minigames of other genres, including shooters.
